Public Hearing Schedule Issued for Nova Scotia Tidal Energy Feed-In Tariff rate for Developmental Tidal Arrays

The Nova Scotia Utility and Review Board (UARB) has issued a Notice of Public Hearing for the setting of the Tidal Energy Feed-In Tariff (FIT) rate for Developmental Tidal Arrays. This FIT will apply to in-stream tidal devices in units greater than 0.5 MW or arrays.

The schedule for this proceeding follows and related documents are attached including details on how to become directly involved in the process.
